Operation TroopTrax

Whether you agree that the Administration's policy towards Iraq is correct or not has nothing to do with the men and women who are overseas doing their job; having been overseas while in the Navy myself, I can appreciate the thought behind this project:

Operation Troop Trax

Michele has created a website through which you can contribute used or new CDs (or cash for purchase of same) for distribution to soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines. Click on the Trooptrax button.

Okay, I have a ton of cds I would like to send. Instead of sending money, can I just send the cds somewhere? Couldn't find an address....maybe just missed it?

I asked the trooptax page for an address in which to send my cds.
I read further that we have to be careful in sending music by those who do not support the war so as not to offend the soldiers out there.. enough already..(well, then again, I am not a lover of rap...)

Toxil - That post was controversial and not intended to be what it came out to be - the webmaster and I had a little lack of communication about it.

I will take ANY cds at all. I don't care who they are by.

The only extra cd's I have are one's that would frighten the troops, and I see no need for that. Can you imagine Milli Vanilli while on the front lines?

Actually, if you remember how we played music at Noriega in Panama to chase him out, Milli Vanilli might be just the thing to project forward, don't ya think?
