It seems at times he's not planning on a "future" for this country. Screw education, screw social programs, screw the next fiscal year...

If he didn't want to be President anymore, all he had to do was just say so, y'know?

Er, the way the succession works, that would leave us with Dick Cheney as President. I don't think much of that idea (although he might be the first one from Wyoming, so in the interest of history...).
