Jon and Batty have had to evacuate their apartment in San Diego, escaping the wildfires. Hold good thoughts for them.

We're still waiting to hear about our apartment. Last I heard it was still in danger. We're hoping to hear about it tonight so we'll know whether to book this hotel room for another night...
