Red Sox Nation rejoices

It's alway fun to read the hometown papers after a big sporting event, but in this instance, it's almost cathartic. (Oh, look closely at the logo at the top of the page, too).

AT LAST!

Pigs can fly, hell is frozen, the slipper finally fits,
and Impossible Dreams really can come true.

5 million for the parade -- jeez louise!!

Hub and I were discussing the number of old people in Massachusetts who are going to die this week, now that what they've been waiting on has happened. Pretty wicked cool!

Grins. Red Sox Nation spreads all the way north to New Hampshire and Maine; why stop at Massachusetts? But let them all vote Kerry first!
