Dreamboat Annie (and Nancy, and...)

I haven't done any Sunday music for a while, so let's do a reprise. Hmm. If I dig through the semi-alphabetized stacks I come to the "Hs" and I find Dreamboat Annie, by Heart. They had some great hits in the 70s, then fell off the map for a while, came back in the mid-80s, and then fell off my radar again. Interestingly, Nancy Wilson has evidently married Cameron Crowe, and she wrote the score for Almost Famous, Crowe's semi-autobiographical movie of a few years ago.

Linky,
My sister saw Heart in Atlantic City a few months ago, and she said they were fabulous.
My sister even bought a CD, and she never buys music...(borrows mine..but that's another story...)

Heart was one of my favorite bands. I have DA on vinyl if you can belive that and was ecstatic when I found a copy of CD. I still love their sound and nobody wails like Annie... nobody!

Mine's on vinyl. Apparently I didn't listen to it a lot in 1976 or thereafter, because it's in remarkably good shape. I shudder to think what most of my vinyl collection would sound like on a really good turntable, though.
