Got the Snickers, got the Three Musketeers, got the 40-year-old cardboard witch and skeleton, got the plastic pumpkin light...
If this year's like the past five or six, we'll have a dozen kids show up, and 1/3 of them will be 16-18 years old.

:)
Happy Hallowe'en!

Maybe next year...and I'll wear my mask...I promise.... ;^}
Posted by: Toxiclabrat at November 1, 2005 07:22 AMMy friend's son went trick or treating - and his son is 14 I believe.
Now that I think of it, I don't think I went trick or treating at that age.
But actually, I think it's kinda cute really.
My other friend took her sons trick or treating - they're 6 & 7... But she lives in the city, so she took them to a residential neighborhood of a family member to go trick or treating.
I wish I lived in a neighborhood w/ trick or treaters. (But I live in a 3rd Floor apartment in the city, so I don't get them at all.)
I did see some trick or treaters in the town which is just a few blocks from where I live.
I took a photo of a cleverly costumed young man:

I'm not sure how old the kids were. I'm really bad with guessing ages of kids.
As it turned out, we had one group of six or seven kids. Good thing we like candy bars.
Chloe, that's a really funny idea. Smart kid!
