In a brief comment about Halloween, host Linda Wertheimer said "What do you think it means that two children came dressed up as Scooter Libby?"

Think about it - it's an easy costume. One orange jumpsuit, one set of wrist restraints, and a suit jacket to drape over the wrists. If the kid had a friend with him, he kid could put on a suit and a badge, and they could perp walk all night long.
