Blech

Never underestimate the need for shoulders to be pain-free when trying to sleep.

I think I've got some version of the flu, and it's centered (aches & pains-wise) in my left shoulder. This means I wake up every time I roll over in bed, and I then can't get back to sleep for 20 minutes to half-an-hour. This is no fun.

hmmmm, perhaps it is a rotator cuff injury?
Did you play ball?
Did you play tennis or racket ball?
But I guess we would have to know if you are left handed.
Maybe you are getting old, Linky. Sometimes I have pain in places that I...well, nevermind...!

Right-handed, and it's gone now, as are the other symptoms. Thanks, Ms. Toxic. ;)
