Almost time for salad

One of my favorite salads is a really simple one which we call a Cuban salad, although I'm not sure that's the right name. Slice an avocado, slice some tomatos into wedges, slice some sweet or red onions, and drizzle some good olive oil over the whole plate. Salt and pepper to taste.

There is no way in hell one can have to many avocados. . .My favorite "recipe" for them is to cut them in half, pull the pit, take a spoon in hand and enjoy.

Would I ever love to have an avacado tree in my back yard. That would be quite an accomplishment since I live in Bucks County, PA
Your salad sounds delicious.
