Evidence of lunacy

The Bush bubble has now reached the Antipodes, I see. From the Sydney Morning Herald, which says Bush:

...arrived in Australia in a chipper mood.

"We're kicking ass," he told Mark Vaile on the tarmac after the Deputy Prime Minister inquired politely of the President's stopover in Iraq en route to Sydney.

Right. The Jones Report says the Iraqi Security Forces are corrupt and rife with sectarianism. The GAO Report says Iraq hasn't met 11 of 18 benchmarks it was supposed to meet by this month.

But never mind. George knows things we don't know.

Impeach George Bush. Impeach him now.

Did I ever think I'd live to hear a President of the United States telling someone publicly that "we're kicking ass"? And we'd be more or less used to hearing such gems fall from of his mouth? He's a daily embarrassment.

It staggers the imagination when Dubbya allows such trash to spill forth from his mouth. Yes, he is a daily embarrassment.
