I remember seeing the cover of "What Were Once Vices Are Now Habits" and thinking "Why do they need two full drum kits?"

I could ask the same question about the interminable drum solo I once heard John Bonham play at a Led Zeppelin concert. Have you ever noticed that no one seems to wonder what ever happened to that good, old 1970s-style rock and roll drumming?

By the way, I saw your comment about the price of Declan Burke's "The Big O." I recommend the book heartily when you can find it for a reasonable price. Order it from Ireland, or wait til Harcourt publishes it in the U.S., if you must, but it is very much worth reading.
