Etymologist needed

Some Greek scholar needs to invent a word which describes this phobia: the fear of showering when your solar water heater has been affected by several cloudy days in succession.

nephohydrophobia?

Hmm. I had to look up the prefix:

nepho-

a combining form meaning “cloud,” used in the formation of compound words: nephometer.
Also, especially before a vowel, neph-.

Origin: Gk néphos: a cloud, mass of clouds

So, a fear of water (hydro) from clouds? Not bad, but that would imply rain. How do you get the bath/shower aspect into the word?
