Tsunami alert cancelled

The bugger came ashore with more of a whimper than a bang, reaching heights of about three feet.

This is startling:

Hilo Bay is continuing to fill and drain every 20 minutes, said warning center oceanographer Nathan Becker.
Hilo Bay is not exactly a small body of water.
